The visible lineage is here. The private archive remains the Operator’s. What does not cross: the full conversation transcripts that produced each loop, SKRAPR ledger contents, internal model costs and infrastructure details, the Operator’s other active ventures not affirmatively promoted to public canon, and any experiment that has not yet survived the Fitness Gate. The membrane holds. The timber frame is still standing.
